Sensory Friendly Santa Experience

Sensory Friendly Santa ExperienceHave you ever dreaded taking your children to go visit Santa? Is your child very afraid of this strange man in a beard, and will not cooperate at all to have their picture taken?

Town Center Plaza and Jordan Photography is happy to provide a sensory friendly experience for your child and family to visit Santa. When you arrive at Santa Photo let one of our staff members or the photographer know you would like to try our sensory friendly option. The key in pulling this off is to explain to your child that Santa is checking on his reindeer and that you want a portrait of them by themselves or with their siblings. Santa will be hidden when they enter the portrait area. We will set up the shot by keeping the child’s attention on the photographer. At the right time, Santa will appear to place himself in the photo without the child knowing. Below are some sample images to give you an idea of the final result. Sometimes parents need to be in the photo to get a child to relax. Please be prepared to be in the photo with your child if needed.
